Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the day6 platform accessible via the day6.bio website ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies incorporated herein by reference.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform. day6 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
This Platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
To use the full Platform services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without refund.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. day6 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login information.
Users are fully responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or threatening activities towards other users.
Any suspected fraud, system manipulation, or abuse of bonuses and promotions will be investigated. day6 reserves the right to take appropriate action including account suspension and withholding funds during the investigation.
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions
All financial transactions on the day6 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via various supported local payment methods including internet banking (FPX), e-wallets, and other payment options approved by day6 from time to time.
Day6 does not bear any fees charged by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Users are responsible for understanding any additional charges that may be imposed by their own financial service providers.
Withdrawals will be processed according to the current policy. Typical processing time is one to three business days, subject to identity verification and compliance requirements. day6 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal for security and anti-money laundering purposes.
Any attempt to transfer funds acquired through illegal means is strictly prohibited. All transactions are subject to review, and day6 reserves the right to reject or delay any suspected transactions.

Account Policy – Suspension and Closure

Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may contact day6 customer support. Any valid account balance will be refunded after verification, subject to no outstanding liabilities or unresolved issues.
After account closure, all related data will be retained in accordance with the retention periods set by applicable law and the current day6 privacy policy.
Intellectual Property, Liability Limitations and Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the day6 Platform including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software are owned by day6 or its content providers and protected under Malaysian and international copyright laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission from day6.
Liability Limitations
Day6 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including financial losses caused by technical disruptions, transaction processing delays, or inaccurate information provided by users.
The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. day6 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that day6 shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or losses claimed to arise from or related to the use or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through those third-party websites or services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
